Wine & Spirits raves: "This organically grown cabernet has a rustic force to it, black tannins and a cedar-like scent giving it a savory grip. It's chewy yet pliable, harmonizing around a clean cassis flavor that will pair well with lamb kebabs."

Reverse Wine Snob recently gave an outstanding review to Paul Dolan Vineyards 2013 Sauvignon Blanc: "The 2013 Paul Dolan Vineyards Mendocino County Sauvignon Blanc begins with a rather elegant aroma of citrus, light floral notes, a little lemongrass and a touch of tropical fruit (kiwi). Tasting the wine reveals plenty of crisp fruit, good acidity and well integrated spice. The fruit is similar to the nose but quite zesty in the mouth and features touches of honey. Nice spice notes come to the front on the long finish. I’m not sure I’ve ever had a Sauvignon Blanc with such nice zesty, vibrant spice notes."
